Arizona State University is closer to establishing a campus in Lake Havasu City.
University officials said Thursday that they are moving forward with plans for a limited number of undergraduate degrees in the Mohave County community, provided the Havasu Foundation for Higher Education can raise money to renovate a facility. Programs could begin as early as fall 2012.
