Eyewitness account of NY college student killing

THORNWOOD, N.Y. -- An eyewitness says a Pace University football player killed by police came to a near-stop when an officer stepped in front of his car but then sped up and struck him.


Danroy Henry Jr. of Easton, Mass., died last October at a Thornwood, N.Y., shopping mall. Students had spilled into the parking lot during a homecoming celebration.
