This is a coaching video I made on how to do a proper overhead stroke using forearm pronation and upper arm rotation. This stroke should be used for clears and smashes. Stick-smashes (half-smashes) can use more wrist, though ideally you still want to use the same stroke to be more deceptive and consistent.
